“Early Bird” registration begins in late January 1, 2020 and concludes February 1, 2020. All registration prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Both Early Bird and Standard Registration have an $11.21 processing fee, while Student Registration has a processing fee of $5.98.

Frequently Asked Question

The conference will be held at Beaver Run Resort and Conference Center in Breckenridge, Colorado, February 26 – 29. The location of sessions will be released prior to the conference.

Any research being conducted in the realm of health care is welcome. We encourage submission that are cross-disciplinary in design. Past research has come from fields such as communication, theatre, business and finance, sociology, and more. 

Shuttle service: If you are flying into Denver and staying at Beaver Run, a shuttle service is offered. Reservations are required and information can be found here. 

Local Transportation: The town of Breckenridge offers public bus service throughout the area. Bus service is free within the town limits. Additional information can be found here. Additionally,  taxi services, Uber, and Lyft are available.  

 

You are free to stay wherever you please. If you prefer AirBnB style lodging, or even a specific hotel chain, please stay where you feel most comfortable. However, it is pretty convenient to just walk downstairs and into the conference!

Registration is purchased through PayPal and Stripe. Both of these payment services are secure, and take most major credit. cards.
